How do I care for my Sunday Silk scarf?

1. Items should be washed by hand
2. Use cold water along with a gentle detergent, like Woolite.
3. When hand-washing, let the scarf soak in sudsy water for about 3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with cool or cold water.
4. Avoid wringing and twisting so that the product does not lose its shape.
5. Avoid placing items in a dryer. Instead, lay the item flat on a clean, dry towel, and roll the towel, jelly-roll style, and apply pressure to squeeze out excess water. Unroll, remove item and lay flat on another clean, dry towel to finish air drying, away from sun or excess heat.
6. Items should be ironed on a medium/light setting, with no steam. Iron the items inside-out with quick strokes, never allowing the iron to linger too long on any one spot.

Are the scarfs made with real silk?

• The scarfs are made of 100% polyester satin. The reason we chose this material was because it provides a "silky" feel and look that most people desire but at a reasonable cost to our customers. In the future we plan to provide options for our customers to purchase silk pieces.
